From birth to the age of seven you downloaded information given to you by the well-meaning adults in your life and the environment in which you lived. At the age of seven your subconscious mind began downloading everything you perceived.
Unfortunately, for the vast majority of us, we were groomed to be doomed. Negative beliefs were ingrained and set for life.
Our beliefs, values and opinions became imprinted and held deep within our subconscious mind. Unaware that childhood conditioning created our habits, we live by default; wondering why life isn’t going the way we want or why we have chronic pain and illness.
Understanding how the thoughts you think affect your choices, therefore your happiness, is crucial to creating a life of freedom from disease, worry and pain.
However, it is not difficult nor impossible. You are a creator.

Your physical body needs activity. A body in motion stays in motion. An exercise practice is crucial to your health and well-being. We offer several suggestions and include various forms of bodywork to assist your body’s healing mechanism.

Spiritual practice. You are a spiritual being having a human experience. When we neglect to nurture the soul within we become unhappy and succumb to disease. Connecting to your divine or authentic self will lead you to your purpose in life.

Heavy metals in foods, water, prescription drugs and many other commercial products are present in our body fat, tissues and bones. Unfortunately, most of these dangerous metals cannot be removed by sweating or short-term fasting.
