From Limitation to Liberation
I’ve often wondered why so many of us feel overwhelmed with work and everyday tasks. Time is short. Frustration, long.
How could things get better?
Asking that question years ago, brought unexpected answers that turned a lot of things around for me.
When I began to reminisce about the “grown-ups” who had influenced my values and beliefs over the years, I realized they all had one thing in common: Impatience.
Not surprisingly, I carried the same belief. Time was limited. My belief of time being in short supply, fused into every other belief I held. And subsequently, affected my happiness and chances of living a peaceful life.
Limitations are lies we've been taught that eventually become our beliefs. They are stored in the subconscious mind and appear as fear in the form of guilt, insecurity, worry, anxiety and others.

How do we move from limitation to liberation?
First of all, you’ve got to have a burning desire. A willingness that transcends your current beliefs...
Beliefs that limit your happiness are well-ingrained in your subconscious mind and take discipline and time to overcome.
Believe in Yourself!
Read, learn and fill your mind with useful, positive information.
Stay away from negative television and people. They are dream stealers. They want you to conform to their beliefs (lies).
Guard and CONTROL your thoughts. Do not let any negative thoughts enter your mind. If they do (and they will), quickly turn your thoughts into happy ones you want to experience.
Liberation comes with much mental work. Daily practice and a determination to be greater than who you are now will ensure your success.
Think in positive terms and your life will be rich with love, health and happiness.
Think in negative terms and your life will be one of anxiety, worry, stress and unhappiness.

We are liberated when we are Loving ourselves enough to care for our physical bodies, strengthening our minds and nurturing our souls. Hence, seeking our soul's purpose.
