I used to think happiness was something other people experienced. And while I had felt brief moments of it in my life, I always associated it with social gatherings, getting new stuff, watching a comedy, etc. That's because I was looking outside myself to fill my happy void.
Decades later, I discovered the key to happiness…
Happiness is not for just a select few. It's available to EVERYONE. How can you be happy?
In a word, habit. Do you wake up and habitually begin your day in a good mood, or a bad mood?
How you view and judge the world outside of you will make or break your happy day.
Be Habitually Grateful
Begin to see blessings everywhere. Pursue happiness. Don’t wait for it to come to you. It will never happen. Gratitude always brings blessings to you.
Bless everything. (Even the crappy stuff.) This is the game changer that will transform your life beyond your wildest dreams.
The challenge? Making it a habit.
Post positive affirmations around your home and read them daily. Change your thoughts, change your life.
Listen ONLY to positive, uplifting people. Negative people are a buzz kill.
AVOID the news and 99% of television. It is a vexation to your spirit. Watch spiritually uplifting movies.
