When I first read of an applesauce that didn't require cooking I was pleasantly surprised, albeit skeptical.
Sounded too good to be true. No pots or pans? No messy stove? Right up my alley.
As always, I did some fact-checking. Even though I believed my trusted source wouldn’t put something out there if it wasn’t true.
Knowing that raw foods are extremely healthier- we’re talking fruits & veggies here- I had to try it. (There are some exceptions to this rule.)
No surprise it turned out even better than my old recipe. You know, the one that has you standing at the stove; watching over a pot you hope doesn’t boil over.
