Is salt good? Why would it be so common and so available if it was a health risk? I ask myself that often as I walk the grocery aisles in a daze, shock actually... Although we have previously covered this topic I feel compelled to address its importance and seriousness when it comes to you and your health.

I've noticed even the best of restaurants in my area are still using it. Perhaps like many of you, you just don't know... Fortunately, there is a better way, a healthy way to get your salt and your minerals too. Doesn't get any better than that.

In the evening I take 1/4 t. of my favorite mineral salt in 1/2 c. of warm water and sleep like a baby. The calcium, potassium and its 83 minerals are relaxing and nourishing too.
