Ingredients:
Always choose the freshest and ripest produce available for optimum nutrition and best flavor.
1 cup pineapple, chopped, including core
½ cup coconut milk
1 t. ginger, grated or more for spicier flavor
1-2 t. honey, raw, local, and unfiltered
Instructions:
Important note: Wash your produce before cutting. Cutting dirty produce can contaminate your fruit or vegetable with harmful organisms. Place in the sink and give it a good bath with gentle earth friendly soap.

Place all ingredients in blender and blend to combine.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours or overnight.
