These popsicles taste so good and the health benefits, are out of this world!

Fresh peaches, rich in cancer killing antioxidants, chia seed with more omega fatty acid (ALA) than any other superfood, fights inflammation in the body which reduces depression, and protects against heart disease. Also includes coconut milk rich in minerals, antioxidants and healthy fat.

Ingredients:

 

Always choose the freshest and ripest produce available for optimum nutrition and best flavor.

 

1 cup peaches, chopped. May substitute nectarines.

½ cup coconut milk

1 T. chia seeds

1 t. lemon juice

3-4 T. maple syrup

½ t. cinnamon, ground

Instructions:

 

Wash and prepare your produce.  Cutting dirty produce can contaminate your fruit or vegetable with harmful organisms. Place in the sink and give it a good bath with gentle earth friendly soap.

Process according to your juicer’s recommendations. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours or overnight.

**Important Note**
