Orange Creamsicle

Big and little kids love the taste of these refreshing and delicious, orange dreamsicles! Reminiscent of the old-fashioned popsicle you may remember as a kid.

Oranges contain powerful flavones. And studies suggest they can lower high blood pressure as well as cholesterol and reduce inflammation.


Cantaloupe, in addition to eating other fruits such as oranges, apples, and bananas, have recently been found to lower the risk of metabolic syndrome. A “dis-order” that affects millions and is

Ingredients:

 

Always choose the freshest and ripest produce available for optimum nutrition and best flavor.

 

2 oranges, peeled

½ medium-sized cantaloupe, ripe and at its freshest

2 or more ice cubes

Instructions:

 

Important note:

Wash your produce before cutting. Cutting dirty produce can contaminate your fruit or vegetable with harmful organisms. Place in the sink and give it a good bath with gentle earth friendly soap.

Wash, peel and cut up fruit. Process fruit in blender or processor.

 

Add ice cubes for a delicious and creamy creamsicle crush.

Serve with a straw.
