Big and little kids love the taste of these refreshing and delicious, orange dreamsicles! Reminiscent of the old-fashioned popsicle you may remember as a kid.

Oranges contain powerful flavones. And studies suggest they can lower high blood pressure as well as cholesterol and reduce inflammation.

2 oranges, peeled

½ medium-sized cantaloupe, ripe and at its freshest

2 or more ice cubes



Important note:

Wash your produce before cutting. Cutting dirty produce can contaminate your fruit or vegetable with harmful organisms. Place in the sink and give it a good bath with gentle earth friendly soap.

Wash, peel and cut up fruit. Process fruit in blender or processor.


Add ice cubes for a delicious and creamy creamsicle crush.

Serve with a straw.
