3 or 4 medium tomatoes
2 stalks celery
1c. basil, stems removed
1 clove garlic or more, if you like it spicy
Thin slice of onion (optional)

Wash your produce before cutting. Cutting dirty produce can contaminate your fruit or vegetable with harmful organisms. Place in the sink and give it a good bath with gentle earth friendly soap.
