Basil lovers will absolutely adore this drink! And it’s a nice treat when you’re doing a green juice fast.

This delightful herb from the mint family is well known for its immunity-enhancing properties. Rich in antioxidants that benefit many health conditions including, cancer, pain reducer, anti-inflammatory, and more.

 

Combine with powerful nutrients in

tomatoes, celery and garlic, and you’ve got plant-powered bruschetta in a glass!

Ingredients:

 

Always choose the freshest and ripest produce available for optimum nutrition and best flavor.

 

3 or 4 medium tomatoes

2 stalks celery

1c. basil, stems removed

1 clove garlic or more, if you like it spicy

Thin slice of onion (optional)

Instructions:

 

Important note:

Wash your produce before cutting. Cutting dirty produce can contaminate your fruit or vegetable with harmful organisms. Place in the sink and give it a good bath with gentle earth friendly soap.
