Best Egg Nog Ever!


Two of my favorite all-time vegan egg nog recipes, just for you. Whether you’re a nut milk kind of person or you prefer coconut milk, they’re sure to please your discerning palate. Best of all, they’re healthy and you can enjoy them any time of the year.

Recipe #1

Vegan Eggnog


Make this easy and delicious, dairy-free, gluten-free eggnog in minutes! No additives, no preservatives. Just healthy, satisfying ingredients that nourish your body and soul.

1 Banana, sliced & frozen

½-2/3 c. coconut milk 

4-6 Medjool dates, pitted or 4 T. maple syrup

Purified water if needed

¼ t. cinnamon

Pinch of nutmeg

1/8 t. vanilla 


Never use cheap, artificial vanilla (vanillin) it’s made from petroleum and toxic




Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Mix thoroughly. Add a small amount of water if eggnog is too thick. Adjust cinnamon & nutmeg to desired taste.

Vegan Eggnog


Almonds, maple syrup, and coconut oil turn this dairy-free vegan eggnog into a scrumptious winter drink! Why wait until the holidays? Enjoy wholesome & delicious vegan eggnog anytime of the year.

1 ½ c. soaked organic almonds – soak almonds in water for at least 8 hours. See our article Eating to Live. Scroll down to Nuts & Seeds for helpful tips on soaking nuts.   

3 c. pure water

¼ c. organic maple syrup or 4-6 Medjool dates, pitted

1 T. coconut oil, melted – Use refined coconut oil when you’re cooking or heating it.

1 t. vanilla 

1 t. cinnamon

1/8 t.  nutmeg

1 frozen banana sliced, optional.


Never use cheap, artificial vanilla (vanillin) it’s made from petroleum and toxic





Put almonds and water in a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes.

Strain mixture using a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer. Discard/compost pulp.


Rinse out blender and pour almond milk back in. Blend remaining ingredients until smooth. Adjust cinnamon and nutmeg to taste.



Chill, serve and enjoy!
