7 Habits of Happy People
What makes happy people so different than most? First of all, they make their happy moments. They don’t wait for some external reward like a new job, material possession, partner, etc. to give them a reason to be happy.

Regretting the unchangeable past or fearing the future, creates unhappiness. Happy people make their moments happy by being present; mindfully aware that right now is all there is. Reminiscing about fond times feels good, unhappy memories do not.

Support from positive people is vital to maintaining healthy friendships. Studies show people with strong support from friends are healthier and live longer.
#6 Laugh & Smile
Happy people find the joy and humor in the little things. Laughter is contagious and that’s why we love to be around them. Laughter is the best medicine.
